1.1 Acceptance of Terms

You must read these Terms and Conditions of Use before accessing or using the AI SOFTWARE TECH SMS website, www.nobelsms.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement between You ("User"/"Client") and AI SOFTWARE TECH.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

AI SOFTWARE TECH LIMITED ("AI SOFTWARE TECH") is incorporated in Hong Kong. AI SOFTWARE TECH does not represent or guarantee that the Content (see Section 2.1) or Products (see Section 2.3) are appropriate or lawful for use outside this jurisdiction. Accessing or using the Site, Content, or Products from outside this jurisdiction is done at your own risk, and You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. You must not use the Platform or Services to send Messages to jurisdictions where such content or communications are restricted or prohibited by law. AI SOFTWARE TECH reserves the right to block access, delivery, or use in certain countries or to specific numbers to comply with international sanctions, trade restrictions, or telecommunications regulations.

1.3 Compliance with Laws

You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable export control, trade sanction, or anti-terrorism laws. AI SOFTWARE TECH reserves the right to block access to or from restricted jurisdictions, or to restrict use by sanctioned individuals or entities, to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

1.4 Global Access and Data Compliance

AI SOFTWARE TECH permits access to the Platform and Services globally, except in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive EU or US sanctions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea). Users accessing the Services from prohibited regions are solely responsible for complying with local laws. AI SOFTWARE TECH may suspend or restrict accounts that violate applicable trade or sanctions restrictions. For GDPR compliance, any international transfer of Personal Data relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions recognized under EU law. Users acting as Data Controllers must execute AI SOFTWARE TECH's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) before transmitting Personal Data through the Platform.

1.5 Modifications to Terms

AI SOFTWARE TECH may modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Platform or Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1.6 Service Availability

AI SOFTWARE TECH may modify, discontinue, or suspend any aspect of the Site or Services at any time, including databases, Content, features, or Products. AI SOFTWARE TECH may also impose limits on functionality, usage, or restrict access to parts or all of the Site or Services, without prior notice and without liability.

1.7 Pricing and Currency

Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in USD and EUR. Payments made in any other currency will be converted, at the payer's expense, into the currency selected at checkout (USD or EUR) before being applied to a purchase.

1.8 Pricing Changes

AI SOFTWARE TECH reserves the right to modify its pricing, including SMS rates, transaction fees, or subscription charges, at any time without prior notice. Updated pricing will be reflected on the Platform, and it is the User's responsibility to review current rates before making a purchase or submitting a campaign. Continued use of the Services after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the revised rates.

2.1 Content and Product Use

The Content and Products available on the Site are provided for informational, demonstration, and purchasing purposes only. All materials on the Site—including, but not limited to, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio and video clips, graphics, music, text, demonstration programs, downloadable items, software, and underlying code (collectively, the "Content")—are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by AI SOFTWARE TECH or the credited provider. Users must comply with all trademarks, service marks, patent, copyright notices, and any other restrictions or terms associated with the Content accessed through the Site.

2.2 Content Disclaimer

AI SOFTWARE TECH does not warrant that the Content on this Site will meet your requirements or be free from errors or defects. Users are advised to consult an Information Technology professional to assess their specific needs before using the Content. You assume full responsibility for any use of the Content.

2.3 Intellectual Property

The Site and its Content are protected under EU and international copyright laws. Ownership of the Content remains with AI SOFTWARE TECH or the credited provider and does not transfer to Users. Users may not modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, transcribe, store in a retrieval system, translate, retransmit, publish, distribute, sell, create derivative works, perform, display, or otherwise exploit the Content or Products (including but not limited to SMS, Quick SMS, Bulk SMS, Group SMS) in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted under Section 2.5 of this Agreement. Use of the Content or Products in a networked environment is prohibited. Resale or redistribution of the Content or Products requires prior written consent from AI SOFTWARE TECH.

2.4 Content or Product Use

The Content or Product may be modified, updated, or removed at AI SOFTWARE TECH's sole discretion without prior notice. If You violate any provision of this Agreement, your right to use the Content or Product automatically terminates, and You must immediately delete or destroy all copies of any portion of the Content or Product.

2.5 Permitted Copying

You may download or copy the Content from the Site solely for information, demonstration, and shopping purposes, provided that each copy retains the original copyright notice as it appears in the Content or Product. Any copying, storage, or use of the Content for purposes other than those expressly permitted is strictly prohibited.

2.6 Third-Party Content

Certain Content and Product on the Site are provided by third-party providers. These third-party providers shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or defects in such Content or Product.

3.1 Delivery Failures

Permanent failures (e.g., invalid numbers) will not be retried. Users can view the final delivery status in their message logs.

3.2 User Access and Login

To use the Services, You must first access www.nobelsms.com. On the LOGIN page, enter the email used for registration and the password provided during registration. Click the "Sign In" button to submit your credentials, after which You will be redirected to your account page.

3.3 Campaign Submission and Payment

The submission of a campaign requires the User to first prepare the campaign. Once ready, the User shall click "Pay & Submit," which will trigger a secure payment pop-up window. Available payment methods, including but not limited to credit card, Digital Assets, and PayPal, will be displayed based on AI SOFTWARE TECH's current availability and integrated payment processors. Upon completion and confirmation of the payment, the Messages will be automatically queued for delivery, the User's account balance will be updated accordingly, and an email confirmation will be sent containing a link to access Products via www.nobelsms.com. While most payments are processed within minutes, the User should allow up to ten (10) minutes for the account balance to reflect the update. If the payment is not reflected within this timeframe, the User must contact AI SOFTWARE TECH at sms@nobelglobe.com.

3.4 Limitation of Liability for Payment and Campaign Delays

AI SOFTWARE TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising from delays in payment processing, campaign submission, or access to Products. In no event shall AI SOFTWARE TECH be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damage arising from your use of the Site or any Products.

3.5 Payment – Digital Assets

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all payments made using Digital Assets shall be deemed effective only upon AI SOFTWARE TECH's actual receipt of the corresponding fiat currency from the Digital Asset Payment Processor.

If the amount of fiat currency received by AI SOFTWARE TECH, after conversion and deduction of any processing or network fees, is less than the invoiced amount, the Customer remains liable for the shortfall and must promptly pay the balance due in fiat currency.

In the event of any refund, overpayment, or credit, AI SOFTWARE TECH shall make such repayment in fiat currency and not in Digital Assets, regardless of the original payment method used.

3.8 RISK ALLOCATION

3.9 NO INVESTMENT OR CUSTODIAL SERVICES

AI SOFTWARE TECH does not provide digital asset investment, exchange, wallet, custody, or advisory services. AI SOFTWARE TECH's role is strictly limited to allowing the optional use of an approved Digital Asset Payment Processor to facilitate payments.

3.10 DISCLOSURES

You acknowledge and accept that payments using Digital Assets involve significant technological and regulatory risks and confirm that You have conducted your own independent evaluation of such risks before using this payment method.

3.11 IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

For certain transactions or usage thresholds, AI SOFTWARE TECH may require users to complete identity verification procedures in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Verification may include submission of government-issued ID, utility bills, or other documentation. Identity verification is mandatory for transactions exceeding €10,000 per month or if suspicious activity is detected. AI SOFTWARE TECH complies with EU AMLD5/6 regulations and may report high-risk transactions to relevant authorities. Failure to comply may result in transaction delays, account restrictions, or suspension.

We acknowledge and agree that AI SOFTWARE TECH is required to comply with all applicable anti–money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations of Hong Kong, including, without limitation, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO) (Cap. 615), any guidelines or codes of practice issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), or any other competent regulatory authority in Hong Kong. As part of such compliance, AI SOFTWARE TECH may require Users to complete identity verification, provide source-of-funds documentation, and submit any additional information deemed necessary to satisfy AI SOFTWARE TECH's regulatory obligations. Failure to provide the requested information may result in delays, restrictions, or suspension of Services.

3.12 Payment Authorization and Responsibility

By submitting payment information (including credit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods), You warrant that You are authorized to use the specified payment method. AI SOFTWARE TECH may suspend your access to the Platform if a payment is reversed, declined, or flagged as fraudulent. You are solely responsible for any chargeback fees, penalties, or other costs resulting from unauthorized or disputed payment activity.

3.13 Third-Party Payment Processors

AI SOFTWARE TECH uses third-party providers to process payments. These providers operate independently and may collect, use, or store personal and financial data. AI SOFTWARE TECH shall not be liable for any errors, service interruptions, or security issues arising from the use of third-party payment platforms.

3.14 Message billing and charges

All messages successfully submitted through the AI SOFTWARE TECH Platform (as defined in "Successfully Submitted Message") will be charged to the User's account, regardless of final delivery to the Recipient. Charges apply once submission to downstream carriers or third-party networks is confirmed, even if delivery fails due to factors beyond AI SOFTWARE TECH's control (e.g., Recipient's carrier restrictions, inactive number, or device issues). No refunds or credits will be issued for undelivered messages that meet the criteria of successful submission.

3.15 ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML) AND USER DECLARATION

4.1 Copyright Notice

All material on this site is owned by AI SOFTWARE TECH or its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates and is protected by national and international copyright law. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Trademarks

AI SOFTWARE TECH and www.nobelsms.com are trademarks of AI SOFTWARE TECH. The names of other companies and products mentioned on the Site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Clients may not use the AI SOFTWARE TECH name, logo, or branding in advertising, press releases, case studies, client lists, or other marketing or promotional materials without prior written consent from AI SOFTWARE TECH.

6.1

You represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• (a) You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence;
• (b) all information You provide is accurate and correct; and
• (c) You will not infringe the rights of any third party.

6.2

USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. AI SOFTWARE TECH does not represent or warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, service, product, software, or demonstration on the Site. Reliance on such content, information, services, products, software, or demonstrations is at your own risk.

6.3

All content, information, services, products, software, and demonstrations are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI SOFTWARE TECH and its respective customers, partners, suppliers, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI SOFTWARE TECH and its respective customers, partners, suppliers, and affiliates make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, completeness, accuracy, suitability, timeliness, or currentness of the content, information, services, products, software, or demonstrations provided through the Site.

6.4

AI SOFTWARE TECH, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and/or its respective customers, partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall in no event be liable for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, incidental or consequential damages, damages resulting from lost data, business interruption, or lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Site, content, information, services, products, software, demonstrations, or related graphics.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise) and whether AI SOFTWARE TECH has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If You are dissatisfied, your sole and exclusive remedy under this Agreement is to discontinue use of the Site.

Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, the above limitation may not apply. Remedies under this Agreement are exclusive and limited to those expressly provided herein.

6.5

You agree to hold AI SOFTWARE TECH harmless and indemnify AI SOFTWARE TECH fully against any claim by any third party, including message recipients or End Users, as a result of any system failure, message corruption, interruption or termination of services, unsolicited direct marketing, harassment, emotional disturbance, inappropriate or obscene content, breach of privacy or breach of data security, provided that none of the aforegoing result from AI SOFTWARE TECH's own gross negligence or fraudulent acts or omissions.

6.6

You further indemnify and hold AI SOFTWARE TECH harmless against any reasonable claims, actions or damages from any party as a result of the fraudulent or unauthorized use of the User's Username and password or loss thereof.

6.7

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI SOFTWARE TECH from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized use of your Username and password, or their loss;
• Any system failure, message corruption, service interruption or termination;
• Unsolicited direct marketing, harassment, emotional distress, or inappropriate/obscene content;
• Breach of privacy or data security;
• Any third-party claims related to Your use of the Service, including claims from message recipients or End Users.

This indemnification does not apply to claims resulting from AI SOFTWARE TECH's gross negligence or willful misconduct. AI SOFTWARE TECH will notify You of any such claims and cooperate in your defense.

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use, infringement, or misappropriation of AI SOFTWARE TECH's intellectual property, proprietary systems, software, or confidential information may cause irreparable harm to AI SOFTWARE TECH for which monetary damages may be insufficient. Accordingly, in addition to any other remedies available at law or equity, AI SOFTWARE TECH shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts of Hong Kong to prevent or restrain any such unauthorized use or infringement, without the requirement to post a bond or prove actual damages.

6.8 PROHIBITED USES AND LIABILITY

AI SOFTWARE TECH shall not be liable for any damages, fines, or losses arising from your use of the platform for phishing, spamming, malware distribution, or any other unauthorized or illegal activities. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

10.1

During registration, you will receive a user ID and password. You may change your password via the "My Account" section. All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. You may not use a user ID belonging to another person or one already claimed. Failure to comply constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password.

10.2

You must promptly notify AI SOFTWARE TECH at sms@nobelglobe.com of any known or suspected security breach, including theft, loss, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or payment information, or any unauthorized access or use of your account.

10.3

You are fully responsible for all activity on your AI SOFTWARE TECH account, including use by third parties, whether authorized or unauthorized. Any illegal or fraudulent activity may, at AI SOFTWARE TECH's sole discretion, result in account termination. In certain cases, AI SOFTWARE TECH may report such activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10.4 Verification and Fraud Prevention

AI SOFTWARE TECH may require user verification, including KYC checks, for high-volume or suspicious activity. Failure to comply may lead to temporary account suspension. Users remain fully responsible for all account activity, including unauthorized access due to weak or shared credentials.

11.1

Software available for download from this Site ("Software") is copyrighted by AI SOFTWARE TECH, its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates. Use of the Software is subject to the accompanying License Agreement. You may only download and install Software if you agree to the terms of the License Agreement.

11.2

The Software You download under Section 11.1 is licensed, not sold, and your rights are limited to those in the License Agreement. You may not assign, sublicense, or transfer the license; any such attempt is void. Copying, creating derivative works, reverse engineering, distributing, or modifying the Software, code, enhancements, or modifications is prohibited, except that You may make one copy solely for archival purposes.

11.3

By using the Software, You acknowledge that the Software, including any accompanying technical information and documentation, is governed by applicable laws of Hong Kong and regulations.

11.4

Users must not overload, flood, or make excessive requests to AI SOFTWARE TECH APIs. AI SOFTWARE TECH may enforce rate limits and suspend or terminate API access in cases of abuse.

12.1

You may terminate your AI SOFTWARE TECH account at any time by sending an email to sms@nobelglobe.com.

12.2

AI SOFTWARE TECH may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including breach of this Agreement or unlawful or harmful conduct affecting AI SOFTWARE TECH or its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates.

12.3

AI SOFTWARE TECH may suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice if continued use poses regulatory, legal, or reputational risks, including spam, fraud, or non-compliant campaigns.

12.4 Data Retention Post-Termination

Terminating your account does not automatically delete all personal data. AI SOFTWARE TECH retains information to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial records, telecom logs) and protect business interests (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution). Data is securely stored and deleted after legal or operational retention periods.

15.1

You acknowledge and understand that AI SOFTWARE TECH acts solely as a conduit for the provision of information and content. AI SOFTWARE TECH shall not be responsible or liable for any content transmitted, and full responsibility for such content rests with You. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of all recipients of your messages. It is your sole responsibility to familiarize yourself with these requirements and ensure full compliance.

15.2

You shall ensure that all messages, advertising, information, and content produced or generated by You for transmission or delivery via the Services comply with all applicable international laws, regulations, and codes of conduct to which AI SOFTWARE TECH subscribes or is bound, in all territories where such messages are sent or received. This includes, without limitation, the following:

It is your sole responsibility to remain informed of and ensure compliance with all such international and local requirements.

15.3

You shall not take, or omit to take, any action that would result, directly or indirectly, in any breach by AI SOFTWARE TECH or by You of any applicable laws, regulations, codes of conduct, or network usage policies in any jurisdiction. In the event of such a breach, AI SOFTWARE TECH shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of Services to You, and You shall have no claim of any nature against AI SOFTWARE TECH, including claims for reimbursement, refund, compensation, or damages.

You hereby indemnify and hold AI SOFTWARE TECH harmless against any fines, penalties, or damages imposed on or suffered by AI SOFTWARE TECH as a result of any act or omission by You that constitutes a breach of any applicable law, regulation, or code of conduct to which AI SOFTWARE TECH may be subject. Upon notification of any such fine or damages, You agree to pay the full amount immediately to AI SOFTWARE TECH. Any amount not paid within 24 hours of notification shall accrue interest at a rate of 15.5% per annum until fully paid.

15.4

Users may not use the Service to transmit phishing messages, impersonate any person or entity, or distribute malicious links, malware, or deceptive redirects. AI SOFTWARE TECH reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account engaging in such conduct and may report such activity to law enforcement or other competent authorities.

Users are fully responsible for the content of all messages sent via the Service and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, data protection, anti-spam, consumer protection, and telecommunications rules in all relevant jurisdictions. AI SOFTWARE TECH may suspend or terminate access if unlawful, fraudulent, or non-compliant content is detected and will cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required.

15.5

You may not use, or knowingly permit others to use, the Services for any purpose that could damage AI SOFTWARE TECH's reputation or that AI SOFTWARE TECH, in its sole discretion, considers improper, unethical, or otherwise objectionable.

15.7

You shall not engage in, permit, or omit any action that could harm, obstruct, or prejudice the legitimate activities, interests, or goodwill of AI SOFTWARE TECH or any Network Operator.

15.8

You may not use the Services to send messages without reasonable cause nor for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person.

15.9

In the event of any transgression of any applicable law, regulation, code of conduct, or any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or in the event of any complaint being received by AI SOFTWARE TECH in relation to You, then You hereby acknowledge and agree that AI SOFTWARE TECH may in its sole and unfettered discretion remove message recipient contact numbers from the database of a User and/or suspend or terminate Services to a User without prejudice to any other rights that it may have in law or in terms of these Terms and Conditions.

15.10

You acknowledge and agree that all messages sent through the Service may be stored, audited, and reviewed by AI SOFTWARE TECH or its authorized representatives at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, regulations, or codes of conduct.

15.11

AI SOFTWARE TECH reserves the right to automatically scan, flag, or block messages using internal or third-party tools to detect spam, malware, phishing links, or content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or telecom rules. Manual review may occur only if required for compliance. Accounts engaging in repeated violations may be suspended or terminated.

15.12

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all messages comply with the laws, telecom regulations, and carrier-specific policies of each recipient's country, including registration, sender ID, and opt-in/opt-out requirements. AI SOFTWARE TECH may restrict access to certain regions or routes to maintain compliance with local rules.

15.13

Users must obtain valid, verifiable consent from all message recipients and provide an opt-out mechanism where required by law. AI SOFTWARE TECH is not liable for any compliance failures resulting from the user's use of the Service.

15.14

The User is strictly prohibited from using the Platform or Services for any gambling, betting, casino, or lottery-related activities, regardless of jurisdiction. This prohibition is absolute due to AI SOFTWARE TECH's incorporation in Hong Kong where such activities are illegal.

The User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI SOFTWARE TECH against all claims, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and reputational harm arising from any gambling-related use of the Services, including investigations by Hong Kong or other authorities.

Violation of this prohibition constitutes immediate grounds for account termination without refund or notice.

19.1 Nature of the App and Services

The App is a free integration tool provided by AI SOFTWARE TECH to connect your Shopify store to our Platform. The App itself is provided at no cost. All fees for SMS transmission and related services are governed by Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions and are billed directly by AI SOFTWARE TECH through the Platform.

19.2 Data Processing Roles

In your use of the App and the Platform to send transactional SMS notifications to your customers, you are the Data Controller. You determine the purposes and means of processing your customers' personal data. AI SOFTWARE TECH acts as a Data Processor, processing personal data solely on your behalf and in accordance with your documented instructions, as facilitated through the App and the Platform. This processing relationship is governed by the definitions and terms set forth in the "DEFINITIONS" section of this Agreement.

19.3 Data Accessed via Shopify API

To provide the App's functionality, you authorize AI SOFTWARE TECH to access and process specific data from your Shopify store via the Shopify API. This data is limited to what is necessary for the core function of sending transactional SMS notifications and includes: Shop Sender ID, Shop Email, Shop ID (store name), Shopify access token, Shopify session token, SMS Gate token, Customer Order ID & Order Number, Customer Name, Customer Phone Number, sent messages/delivery status, and SMS templates.

19.4 Merchant Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from your customers (including, without limitation, opt-in consent to receive SMS messages) to allow AI SOFTWARE TECH to process their personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions and the App's Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content of all messages and for compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.

19.5 Data Retention and Deletion

Upon your uninstallation of the App, AI SOFTWARE TECH will initiate the deletion of your store-specific data from our active systems, including access tokens and customer personal data processed for SMS services, within a commercially reasonable timeframe (not to exceed 30 days). You acknowledge that certain data may be retained for a longer period as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, as detailed in Section 12.4 of these Terms and Conditions.

19.6 Compliance with Shopify GDPR Webhooks

AI SOFTWARE TECH complies with the mandatory data protection webhooks required by Shopify:

• customers/redact: Upon receiving a request from a merchant via this webhook, AI SOFTWARE TECH will delete the specified customer's personal data from our systems.
• shop/redact: Upon receiving this webhook following a merchant's store closure or uninstallation, AI SOFTWARE TECH will delete all personal data associated with the merchant's store from our systems.
• customers/data_request: Upon receiving this webhook, AI SOFTWARE TECH will provide the merchant with a copy of the specified customer's personal data held in our systems.

Within AI SOFTWARE TECH, employee and contractor access to customer information is strictly for business purposes and granted on a need-to-know basis. Information may be shared with Affiliates and authorized contractors solely to provide services and support.
